2024 Championship & Rules
FLBT-HO Club Rules:
Track opens at 10am every 3rd Sunday of the month as per the calendar.
Race fees are £5 per event. £6 when 5 paying adults or less are in attendance.
Swearing, shouting and poor conduct will not be tolerated.
Children remain the responsibility of parents / carers and should be supervised at all times.
FLBT-HO will not be held responsible for any damage or loss to any equipment or persons.
Race formats for the Viper and Bulldogs are:
Heats and Finals (best 3 of 4 timed heats, qualify for ascending finals with step up positions).
Format for all other races are Segmented (all lanes count towards an overall score and result).
For Heats and Finals, any number of cars (typically up-to max 4) may be used by racer during qualifying. During finals, the car must have competed in the qualifying heats.
Segmented racing uses Parc Ferme conditions.
Technical regulations are per THORL.co.uk, unless specified below.
Bulldog and JAG cars must use standard parts as supplied. Tyres and wheels are free choice.
Bulldogs may run Tomy Turbo/SRT/Bulldog Rear axle with either 22 or 25 tooth crown.
Bulldogs may use either BDR 6-ohm or HCS AMG Super 7 6-ohm motors.
JAG cars must run JAG Augoran or JAG Can Am bodies.
Bulldog cars must run any hardbody that fits on the chassis with clips (body or adaptors). Wheel arches may be trimmed to fit front wheels.
Points will be scored for each race from 1st place to 15th as follows: 25,20,16,13,11,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1.
All racers after 15th place will receive 1 point.
FLBT-HO overall championship will be scored from Viper V1 and Bulldog races combined.
